Account information
Name, email address, profile details, Google sign-in metadata, workspace membership, role, billing status, and support messages.
This policy explains what Tackd collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices customers have.
These pages document how Tackd protects customer data today and what still needs formal review before enterprise procurement.
Name, email address, profile details, Google sign-in metadata, workspace membership, role, billing status, and support messages.
Prospect names, notes, MEDDIC fields, generated briefs, decks, proposals, CRM links, uploaded PowerPoint files, and related workflow activity.
Login events, audit events, rate-limit events, generation usage, app errors, device/browser data, and IP-derived security signals.
Tackd sends relevant prompts, prospect context, notes, and artifacts to an AI provider so the app can generate research briefs, MEDDIC updates, decks, proposals, and PowerPoint edits. Tackd does not train foundation models itself. Customers should review AI outputs before sending them externally or syncing them to a CRM.
Tackd shares information with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, database, AI generation, billing, background jobs, email delivery, authentication, and customer-enabled CRM integrations. These providers are listed on the subprocessors page.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of Tackd or customers, or with the customer's direction.
Tackd keeps account and workspace content while the workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, billing, and legal purposes. Customers can request deletion, export, or CRM connection removal by contacting support.
