Treat these as product-ready drafts. Privacy, terms, and DPA language should still get legal review before paid customer use.

Using Tackd

Tackd helps sales teams organize prospect information, maintain MEDDIC qualification, generate sales artifacts, and sync approved information with customer-authorized CRM systems. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you enter and the outputs you use.

Accounts and Workspaces

Account security

Users must sign in through approved authentication methods and keep their accounts secure. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting, disabling, and removing members.

Team controls

Workspace owners can manage roles, ownership, billing, and member access. Members should only access workspaces they are authorized to use.

Beta access

Some features may be beta, incomplete, or changed over time. Tackd may limit access, usage, or availability to protect the service.

Customer Content and AI Outputs

You keep ownership of the notes, prospect information, files, and other content you submit to Tackd. Tackd uses that content to provide and improve the service. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review generated briefs, proposals, CRM updates, and deck content before relying on them or sharing them externally.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Tackd to violate laws, third-party rights, or contracts.
  • Do not submit regulated health data, card data, passwords, or government identifiers without a separate written agreement.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, billing controls, security controls, or workspace permissions.
  • Do not upload malicious files or use Tackd to generate abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Integrations

If you connect Salesforce or another CRM, you authorize Tackd to access and update the connected account according to your configuration. Customer admins are responsible for CRM permissions, field mappings, and reviewing synced content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, seat counts, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are managed through Tackd and the Stripe customer portal when available. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately agreed.

Disclaimers and Limits

Tackd is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tackd disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. This draft should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as a binding commercial agreement.
