Workspace owners can manage roles, ownership, billing, and member access. Members should only access workspaces they are authorized to use.
Some features may be beta, incomplete, or changed over time. Tackd may limit access, usage, or availability to protect the service.
You keep ownership of the notes, prospect information, files, and other content you submit to Tackd. Tackd uses that content to provide and improve the service. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review generated briefs, proposals, CRM updates, and deck content before relying on them or sharing them externally.
If you connect Salesforce or another CRM, you authorize Tackd to access and update the connected account according to your configuration. Customer admins are responsible for CRM permissions, field mappings, and reviewing synced content.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, seat counts, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are managed through Tackd and the Stripe customer portal when available. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately agreed.
